Product Description: Julie Houck, a Contemporary Landscape Artist residing in both Maui and Maine, transitioned from a professional location photographer to a full-time fine art painter. Houck works in oils and encaustics and her classical atelier training honed her technique of painting in numerous transparent layers in order to recreate the subtle interplay of light in her work. "Evening Cumulation" is the second set in the Cumulation series, depicting clouds and landscapes in the evening light. This set of six canvases is available exclusively at Revelation. Each piece is framed with a carved golden surround, a 6.5" white linen matte, then a floating box frame in an antique gold leaf finish that replicates the carved surround. "Cumulation" Set of 6 (R32392) is sold separately but can be displayed together.
